SEWING 101 - A Beginner Sewing Class

Come join us at The Fabric Shop in Ruston for a series of beginner sewing classes!

Date: Monday’s in January! (January 6th, 13th, 20th, &27th)

Time: 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm (or until the project is finished)

$ 35.00 per class if you need to rent a sewing machine
$ 25.00 per class if you bring your own sewing machine purchased from The Fabric Shop

Make a new project each week as you learn the basics of operating a sewing machine!

We have classroom machines available to use for class! You may “rent” them for class or purchase one for a discount!

If you have a sewing machine, previously purchased from The Fabric Shop, please bring it for class! (If you bring your own machine, you need to have a basic knowledge of how to operate YOUR machine - how to thread it, wind a bobbin, select a stitch, etc.)

Bring your sewing machine and general sewing supplies! (basic supplies including - scissors, thread, pins, pin cushion.)

DISCLAIMER: We must have a minium of 4 people registered in order to hold the class or class will have to be cancelled.
