Instructor Name:Ramona Hooker
Instructor Bio:Ramona taught herself to sew when she was 12 on her mother’s old Kenmore machine. Since then, sewing and machine embroidery have become her happy escape and offers a joy of creating. Teaching others to quilt and sew brings a great deal of fulfillment and gratification to her. She’s also a retired pediatric nurse but most importantly, she is a wife, mother and grandmother. While she and her husband are Baltimore natives and of course love steamed crabs, they have lived in the hot Arizona desert for 34 years. She look forward to traveling to meet students who share her love of sewing and to share new skills with them.
